Quiz & Win

I. Objective
The “Quiz & Win” initiative is designed to encourage Congress member engagement with the Moderated e-Poster Sessions in the Research Zone during the annual ERA Congress. This activity promotes learning and interaction with the scientific content presented during these specific sessions.

 

II. Participation Requirements
Participation is open to all registered Congress members attending on-site (the initiative is not open to virtual participants).

To take part, Congress members must:

• Attend the Moderated e-Poster Sessions in the Research Zone.
• Access the quiz via the Congress App, under the section “Quiz & Win.”
• Add their name and email address (mandatory to contact the participant at the end of the Congress).
• Correctly reply to the questions.

 

III. Quiz Format
During each specific day in which these sessions are held, four multiple-choice questions will be published in the App.

Questions will be based on the content presented during the e-poster sessions.

Each question will have three possible answers, of which only one is correct.

• Each correct answer awards 2 points.
• A maximum of 8 points per day can be earned, for a total of 16 points over two days.

 

IV. Scoring and Winner Selection
At the end of the Congress, the Congress members with the highest total scores will be entered into a random lottery draw.

 

V. Notification
The winners will receive a notification via the email they used for the Quiz & Win registration before the end of the Congress.

 

VI. Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded:

• 1st Prize: Complimentary Congress membership for the following year’s Congress.
• 2nd & 3rd Prizes: An official ERA Backpack.

IMPORTANT: The backpack must be collected at the Faculty desk on the last day of the Congress by 11.00 am. Backpacks will not be shipped.

 

VII. General Conditions
Prizes are personal and non-transferable.
The organizers reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify participants in case of irregularities.
By participating, Congress members agree to these rules and to the publication of their names in any ERA M&C materials in the event of winning.
